Rate limits
How many requests you can make.
Each API key can make up to 50 requests per second. Above that, requests fail with 429 and the code rate_limited, and include a Retry-After header with the number of seconds to wait.
To send to many people, use batches rather than one request per message. A single batch can hold 10,000 recipients.
